How I Styled My Home for the Holiday Season
I always look forward to decking the halls for the holidays, but this year, in particular, I think I have been craving some Christmas cheer more than usual. Once the decorations are up, then it truly starts to feel like Christmas and makes me excited for the holiday season.
Take a look at some of my favorite decorations from this season below. I hope you enjoy!

The Christmas Tree
A bow on top feels so festive! The way it drapes down adds the perfect splash of color.

Ornaments
My Christmas decorations are inspired by the colors of the peacock with blue, green, purple, and gold. A lot of my ornaments incorporate peacocks, feathers, or birds in general making my tree look very cohesive and on-theme.
A slightly questionable choice though… when you share your home with a cat!

Stockings
Even my stockings tie into the peacock theme! They were custom-made by my incredibly talented mom and have become one of my favorite holiday decorations. Each one is monogrammed with our initials and designed in the same rich colors as the rest of my decor.
Wreath and Centerpiece
This year, I created both the table centerpiece and the wreath with my mom’s help, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I’m hoping this becomes a holiday tradition we continue for many years to come!

Tiered Tray
In the kitchen, I styled my tiered tray with festive holiday touches: mini candles, a gnome, a Santa mug, and a little Merry Christmas sign. What I love about these trays is how simple they are to refresh for any season or holiday.
